Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Free Shipping is available only to customers shipping to the US 48 contiguous states. Shipping to all other locations will be quoted and added to invoice. You may call or email prior to sale for a shipping quote or it will be automatically added and you will be notified of the change. You may cancel your order at anytime without penalty. However, we would prefer you get a shipping quote in advance if possible. 

Free Shipping applies to all orders over $150. 

We ship using common carriers with best shipping rates to your location. Shipping times vary based on location. While orders are fulfilled within 2 days usually plus shipping times, we (Inflatable Boat Pro Inc.) make no representation of guaranteed delivery times. Items showing not in-stock may be purchased and will ship once available. Typically this is a matter of days. If the time to be available is more than a week, we will notify you so that you are aware and decide if you would prefer to cancel your order.

Shipping Policy - The Fine Print

Important Domestic Shipping Notices

Shipment Tracking All packages will receive a tracking number. If you think your package has been lost in transit, call customer service. We cannot file a claim on a package prior to expected delivery, or later than 90 days after expected delivery.

Refusal of Packages If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.

Special Instructions If you wish to give your mail courier special instructions, such as "leave package on back porch," please call customer service to place your order. Special instructions are only allowed with expedited orders, and cannot be made for Standard Shipping orders.

Delays Beyond Our Control Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

Deliveries to Hotels When requesting delivering to a hotel, if the front desk refuses the package for any reason you will be responsible for the original delivery charges as well as any charges required to reship the package.

Lost Packages On rare occasions, a package may be lost in transit by the shipping carrier, independent of any error on our part. In such instances, we will arrange for a replacement shipment once a reasonable period has passed, and the loss has been confirmed.

Fraud Fraudulently reporting that a package was not received or any other scheme intended to obtain money or property under fraudulent pretenses is a federal crime.
